Thanksgiving FAQs

Picking up my order?
All pies will be ready for pick up at our Division Shop - 3402 SE Division

Orders will be available by the last name provided.

We will have signage for pre-order lines vs. case lines when applicable.

We are working our dangdest to move the lines quickly!!

Your patience is greatly appreciated, it’s our busiest time of year.

Pick ups must be done during your pre-selected time and date. If you come at the wrong time, you will be asked to return at the correct time or day to pick up your Thanksgiving Pie.

We can not refund pies that are not picked up.

What are my pickup options?
Pick up days and times are:
Tuesday Nov 26, 10am - 4pm
Wednesday Nov 27, 10am - 1pm
Wednesday Nov 27, 1pm - 4pm
Wednesday Nov 27, 4pm - 7pm
Thurs Nov 28, 8am - Noon

Can I make changes to my order?
We can’t accommodate changes to your order and need to keep your order as placed.

This includes a change to your pickup day or time.

Can I order items from the Bake Sale or things not on the Thanksgiving Menu for pickup at Thanksgiving?
No.
We will have biscuits, cookies, brownies, pumpkin cheesecakes and other fun treats to add from the case.
However, we aren’t taking orders for items not on the Thanksgiving menu the week of Thanksgiving.

Will there be pies to buy out of the case?
We will have WHOLE pies for sale on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday on a first come first serve basis. We can not accept payment over the phone to make a hold on a pie.

When will you take orders through?
We will take orders until we sell out.


I forgot what pick up time I selected, what now?
Your confirmation email has your pickup day/time. It is shown towards the bottom of the email in the "Order Pick Up" section. Please search your email (spam folder too) before calling the bakery to ask.

Can I use a gift card?
Our online system and gift cards aren’t integrated, dumb, we know. But just give the shop a call to place an order and you can use your gift card when you come to pick up.
